CHAPMAN VIOLATES FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITING CIA FROM OPERATING INSIDE US BORDERS --- LEAVES BOMB ON SCHOOL BUS!!!!
On the most egregious violation of the law yet, Mike Chapman has violated his oath of office by allowing the Central Intelligence Agency to illegally operate inside the US borders! In their haste to violate federal law, they left a bomb on a county school bus!!

Beware the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office!!!! They are federal criminals, now public enemy No.1 as they sat in most post offices, and have no regard for the safety of the public!!!
This is what happens when we have zero watchdogs to regulate organizations with absolute power. We need the Citizens Control Boards operating in all counties of this sate.
