Chapman's Gang Caught Drinking On Duty!
Loudoun Today is continuing to get reports that Mike Chapman's stalker gang of crooked Cops are drunk on duty and have on many occasions seen in out of the way places in the county sleeping off their drunken behavior. One place that they really seem to like frequenting is the Ruritan Club In Sterling. That is an area that's not only out of the way, but partially sheltered from a real surveillance.
