Criminal Policy?

It has been confirmed that the new Loudoun County Sheriff, Michael Chapman, has established a policy of forcing the public at large to accept the fact that anyone who wants to commit a crime is and should be allowed to do just that!
I know what you are thinking, that sounds impossible, but, fantastic as it sounds, that is precisely what Mr. Chapman's deputies will tell the public, and they will threaten you, the people who pay their bills, with legal action if you even try to object to such a criminal policy.
What's more is the fact that the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, support Mr. Chapman in this policy.
Not only do we have a Sheriff's Office that is completely above the law, but they seem bent upon increasing the crime in this county, while the Board of Supervisors are just as bent on taxing us all into oblivion.
And yes, I wrote the title of this article to have multiple meanings.
We currently have no lawful police department in this whole county. No one to call in the advent of any criminal action perpetrated against any hard-working taxpayer.
