This is a home that recently burned in Sterling:
Loudoun Today has learned that a total of four Loudoun County Sheriff's cars were seen in the area on at least two occasions lurking about this home shortly before it was gutted by fire.
The question is, did these crooked cops set this fire?
Chapman's reputation makes this a very obvious conclusion.
