Sheriff Chapman Believes He Is the Judge and Jury!!

Mr. Chapman has come out using that antiquated and erroneous term 'Law Enforcement' when everyone knows that the only person that can enforce the law, actually put the force behind the law, is a juror in a court case.
Mr. Chapman, THAT'S WHY WE HAVE THE JURY SYSTEM!! To prevent people like you who want to become dictators!
Chapman needs to learn that he was hired to perform Crime Prevention. That is to live and work as a good example (not the horribly bad one that he and his minions are currently providing) and to show the flag. In other word NOT to sneak around like some sort of sanctioned burglar or spy, peaking into people's windows!
Mr. Chapman, this is not Washington D.C., anymore. You were hired to uphold both constitutions! Start living up to your promises!!!!
